Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products, booking photography services, accessing this website, or otherwise interacting with Andrew Sutton Photography, you agree to these Terms of Service and Policies.

Clothing Sales

All clothing, apparel, merchandise, and related products sold through Andrew Sutton Photography are final sale.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, quantity, and product options before completing their purchase.

Andrew Sutton Photography is not liable or responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect sizes, colors, quantities, styles, or other product options.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order and confirming that all selections are correct before completing their purchase.

Clothing Order Processing & Shipping

All clothing orders will be processed within 24–48 business hours after payment has been received and verified.

After processing, orders may take up to 17 days to arrive, although delivery may occur in as little as 10 days depending on production and shipping conditions.

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Andrew Sutton Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Photography Bookings

A photography session is considered booked once any required payment or deposit has been received and accepted.

Payments for photography bookings are required at the time of making a reservation. A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.

Andrew Sutton Photography reserves the right to refuse service or decline booking requests at its discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

Clients who cancel a photography booking 7 days or more before the scheduled session date are eligible for a refund.

Clients who cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled session date are not eligible for a refund.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be provided.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.

Photography Deliverables

Photo delivery times may vary depending on workload, editing requirements, and project scope.

Andrew Sutton Photography will make reasonable efforts to deliver completed images within any estimated timeframe provided to the client.

Right to Refuse Service

Andrew Sutton Photography reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving inappropriate, unsafe, threatening, abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise unacceptable conduct.

Refusal of service may also apply to future bookings, purchases, or other interactions with Andrew Sutton Photography.

Client Conduct

Clients and participants are expected to behave respectfully during all interactions and photography sessions.

Andrew Sutton Photography reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if any participant engages in unsafe, threatening, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.

Violations of Terms & Policies

Any violation or breaking of these Terms of Service or Policies may result in the individual being barred or banned from Andrew Sutton Photography.

A ban may include, but is not limited to, being prohibited from booking photography services, purchasing merchandise, participating in photography sessions, or otherwise interacting with Andrew Sutton Photography.

Returning Customers

Returning customers may receive 10% off select photography shoots.

The 10% returning-customer discount may not apply to every photography service and may be subject to specific terms, availability, or exclusions.

Returning customers may also be eligible for special promotions, offers, and discounts on merchandise at the discretion of Andrew Sutton Photography.

Promotions and discounts may change or end at any time and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

Photography, Website & Promotional Use

Unless a client requests privacy, Andrew Sutton Photography may use photographs taken during photography sessions for business-related purposes, including but not limited to:

Website portfolio

Social media

Photography portfolio

Advertisements and promotional materials

Marketing materials

Business-related displays or publications

By booking a photography session, clients understand that photographs may be used for these purposes unless they request that their images remain private.

Privacy Requests

Clients may request that their photographs not be used publicly on the Andrew Sutton Photography website, social media, advertisements, portfolio, or other promotional materials.

Privacy requests should be communicated to Andrew Sutton Photography as early as possible, preferably before the photography session.

Andrew Sutton Photography will make reasonable efforts to honor approved privacy requests.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, images, logos, branding, website content, and creative materials remain the property of Andrew Sutton Photography.

Clients may not sell, redistribute, alter, claim ownership of, or use photographs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Andrew Sutton Photography may use third-party services to assist with business operations, including but not limited to payment processors, shipping companies, online galleries, printing companies, website providers, and other service providers.

These third-party services may have their own terms of service, privacy policies, fees, requirements, and procedures. Customers and clients may be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers when using their services.

Andrew Sutton Photography is not responsible for the policies, terms, actions, delays, outages, or practices of third-party service providers.

Limitation of Liability

Andrew Sutton Photography shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, equipment failures, weather conditions, acts of nature, illness, accidents, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Any liability related to products or services shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable product or service.

Policy Changes

Andrew Sutton Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service and Policies at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website, purchases, bookings, or other interactions constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
